Yes, snacks and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed on our vehicles. This tour does not allow any type of open container alcoholic beverages onboard.

There is no smoking allowed on the vehicle. This includes, electronic cigarettes and vapes! No exceptions.

We like to customize your tour if you have a Music City bucket list. If not, our professional guides will bring you by local attractions, historical spots, the riverfront, Broadway, Country Music Hall of Fame, farmers market, Marathon Village, Bicentennial Park, Centennial Park, museums, Music Row, & shopping destinations. We tailor our route to what you would like to experience and some must-see destinations.

We have limited VIP parking that MUST be reserved in advance, but our property is right outside of downtown and short Uber or Lyft ride.

Yes, all tours are booked online. Payment in full at the time of booking is required in order to secure your reservation.

Our drivers and guides work hard to ensure that your experience is above par. Each one works for and greatly appreciates any tips received. The customary tip amount is 20%.

We require 14 days advance notice to cancel and receive a refund. All tour cancelled inside the required 14 day window will not be refunded, we will issue a gift card to use toward a future booking. The gift card does expire.

Our tours run rain or shine! All of our vehicles are equipped with a hardcover roof to protect from the elements. If the weather becomes unsafe, we will reach out to you for possible rebook or issue a refund.

Yes! We have weatherproof canopies that are attached the vehicle to keep you dry! They so that you can still enjoy the sights of Nashville!

No. All guests must check in at Buckwild Bar to receive a wristband before joining the tour.

Your ticket covers transportation only. Each partner location offers exclusive deals for our guests, ranging from $5 tastings to 20% off custom bottles.

Yes. Guests 21+ may enjoy snacks and beverages on the trolley. Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside partner locations.

It’s hop-on, hop-off at your pace. Stay as long as you’d like at each stop. Drivers run continuous loops throughout the day. Final pickup is at 8 PM.

A valid ID is required for your wristband and may be requested at partner locations. We also recommend weather-appropriate clothing and a camera.

Yes — food and beverages are allowed on the ride to Lynchburg but must be purchased at Buckwild Bar prior to departure. No outside food or drinks permitted. The Jack Daniel’s Distillery does not allow outside food or beverages on their property.

Closed-toe, comfortable shoes are recommended. The Jack Daniel’s Distillery is a working facility, so expect temperature changes, strong odors, and possible route adjustments or minor delays due to production needs.
